What is a plant-based diet?

Will I get enough protein on a plant-based diet?

What about vitamin B12 and other nutrients?

Vitamin B12 is not naturally found in plant foods, so supplementation is recommended for those following a fully plant-based diet. How long does it take to see results?

Can I do this if I'm very busy?

What if I'm not ready to go fully vegan?

That's perfectly fine! We work with people at all stages of their plant-based journey, from reducing meat consumption to going fully vegan. Every step toward more plants makes a difference for your health and the planet.

Do you offer in-person consultations?

Yes! We offer both Zoom video consultations and in-person sessions within 1 hour of your location in the Bournemouth area. You can choose what works best for you.
